These terms cover the website at riderpin.com. By using it you accept them. The RiderPin app will come with its own terms when it launches.

The site

The site describes an app that has not launched yet. Features, coverage and how the app looks may change before and after launch. The routes, prices, speeds and figures shown on the site are examples that illustrate the app; they are not live information and must not be used to plan or ride a journey.

Riding safely

Handling a phone while riding is against the law in many countries. RiderPin is built for a bar mount and glances only. Whatever a map or an app says, the road in front of you, its signs and the law come first.

Your use of the site

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it, or sign up addresses that are not yours.

Our content

The RiderPin name, the Lid mark, the design and the text of this site belong to RiderPin. Road names and places are used to describe real roads; map shapes on the site are drawn for illustration.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it always will be. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where RiderPin is registered. Nothing in them takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
